I've been banging my head against the desk trying to get mkspr (from the latest git download of Naev) to compile it in Fedora (26) Linux. If I run from the root directory it makes no errors, but nothing happens with mkspr. I'm trying to run ./configure with every option I can think of to enable / with SDL1 or disable / without SDL2, but it always gives me an unrecognized option in the configure script and continues to use SDL2. Uninstalling SDL2 is not a viable option (I tried .. but apparently half my system is dependent on SDL2) Is there something I'm overlooking to somewhere? Has my google-fu let me down?

Please help

I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
